Insurance bonded

We cover the Workers' Compensation Insurance, so if our maids have any accidents at your home, we shall have the Workers' Compensation to cover the medical expenses of our maids. Our customers do not have to worry about it. 

24 Hours' customer Satisfaction Guarantee......

There is no need to worry that your house may not be cleaned just the way you want it to be. If you are not at home when our maids perform our regular cleaning service, you will be protected by our 24-hours' satisfaction guarantee. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment, without a bit of hassle if you call us within 24 hours of our visit. This guarantee is not applicable to Hourly Plan subscribers.

Custody of key

We do keep keys for our customers. So you do not need to wait at your home for the cleaning. You can entrust us with your house key. We have a proven system to safeguard the security of the keys. This service is not applicable to the Hourly Plan subscribers.

Our maids are professional

We carefully screen potential employees and check references, and we select qualified applicants to do the cleaning. We appreciate the trust you have in Merry Maids by allowing us to work in your home, so we choose our employees in utmost care. 

Merry Maids only employs legitimate workers who are Hong Kong residents. At Merry Maids, we take the time for a thorough training program. Each teammate is trained by an experienced supervisor in accordance with the quality cleaning procedures of Merry Maids. We have a video training library and our qualified trainer work side-by-side with each trainee until they have mastered every skill necessary to provide the quality cleaning we demand.

Breakage compensation

Of course, we're very careful with your belongings, but it is good to know you are protected against loss and/or breakage that may occur while we clean your home. This compensation is not applicable to the Hourly Plan subscribers.
